Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all orders, transactions, and business dealings with MICHAEL PRECISION. Placing an order confirms full acceptance of these conditions.

1. General

All products and services are supplied strictly under these Terms & Conditions. Any deviation must be agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • All product details must be clearly defined before production begins
  • MICHAEL PRECISION reserves the right to decline incomplete or unclear orders

3. Pricing

  • Prices are quoted based on agreed specifications, quantities, and finishing requirements
  • Any modification in design or quantity may result in revised pricing
  • All prices are subject to confirmation before order finalization

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are agreed prior to order processing
  • Production may require advance payment (partial or full)
  • Orders may be delayed or held if payment conditions are not met
  • All transaction charges (bank, transfer, etc.) are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise

5. Production & Lead Time

  • Production timelines are estimated based on current workload and order complexity
  • Lead times begin after order confirmation and receipt of required advance payment
  • MICHAEL PRECISION is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond operational control

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom products require detailed drawings, samples, or specifications
  • Prototype approval may be required before bulk production
  • Once approved, production will proceed strictly according to the finalized design
  • Custom orders are non-cancelable once production has started

7. Quality Assurance

  • Products are manufactured according to agreed specifications
  • Inspection is carried out before shipment
  • Any additional inspection requirements must be communicated prior to production

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping methods are arranged as agreed with the client
  • Risk transfers to the buyer once the shipment is dispatched
  • MICHAEL PRECISION is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors

9. Claims & Returns

  • All claims must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery
  • Claims must include clear evidence (photos, reports, etc.)
  • Verified issues will be resolved through replacement, repair, or mutually agreed adjustment
  • Returns are not accepted without prior approval

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
  • Any approved cancellation may be subject to cost recovery for completed work and materials

11. Confidentiality

All client data, designs, and specifications are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

MICHAEL PRECISION is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

13. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal channels within the appropriate jurisdiction.
